Sizewell C Company is seeking a proactive People Partner to join the People team in Suffolk. You’ll provide professional HR advice across the full employee lifecycle, working with People Business Partners and Payroll teams to support managers and staff.

Responsibilities include employee relations, performance management, workforce planning, HR reporting, organisational change and talent development, while maintaining discretion with confidential information in a busy infrastructure project

Qualificações

• Experience in an HR environment with broad generalist responsibilities.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and provide constructive challenge.
• Strong commercial awareness within HR and excellent communication.
• Experience handling employee relations, performance and change.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint, with HR systems knowledge.

Responsabilidades

• Provide professional HR advice and operational support across the employee lifecycle.
• Support managers with employee relations, documentation and case resolution.
• Assist with performance management and the delivery of HR processes.
• Maintain accurate records and HR workflows in MyHR and other systems.
• Support recruitment, job descriptions and requisitions with the recruitment team.
• Produce HR reports and workforce planning information.
• Contribute to organisational change, talent development and succession planning.
• Support annual pay review, bonus processes and HR policy implementation.
