Senior HR Advisor - Grow Your Career in a People-First Organisation

Location: Belfast

Salary: £35 - 40k

Hybrid: - 2 days onsite, 3 from home.

Are you an ambitious HR professional ready to take the next step?

We're looking for a career driven Senior HR Advisor to join a fast-paced, values-led organisation supporting a variety of businesses including care homes and hospitality venues, located across Belfast, Coleraine, Magherafelt and Ballycastle.

This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you'll work closely with managers, influence decision-making, and lead on key HR initiatives. From employee relations and talent development to supporting restructures and compliance - you'll be at the heart of shaping a positive employee experience.

This role will support four sites, three in Belfast (including HQ, where the role is based) and one in Coleraine. Travel to the sites is ad hoc, but once a month on each site would be encouraged to develop relationships with the managers.

What You'll Do

• Coach and support managers on ER cases, performance, and people management.
• Drive improvements in onboarding, retention, and staff development.
• Lead on key HR projects - from policy refreshes to wellbeing and DEI.
• Support workforce planning, TUPE, and organisational change.
