A leading company in Belfast is seeking a Senior HR Advisor to join their professional HR team. This role involves providing strategic HR support, ensuring compliance with employment law, and managing recruitment processes. The ideal candidate will have a Level 5 CIPD qualification and strong generalist HR experience, with a focus on best practices and engagement initiatives. This is a 3-6 month position offering a dynamic work environment and the opportunity to contribute significantly to the HR function.
Our client has an exciting opportunity for a Senior HR Advisor to work as part of the dedicated professional human resources team, maintaining best practice people management and development throughout the organisation and providing proactive, professional, and appropriate business-focused HR support to Managers and Staff. There will also be considerable involvement in recruitment and selection.
This 3-6 month role will include principal duties such as the following:
The successful candidate will have a minimum Level 5 CIPD qualification with generalist experience supporting managers with employment relations matters (grievance, discipline, attendance, etc.) and end-to-end recruitment & selection process experience.
You will have strong knowledge of NI employment law and HR best practices, along with experience of Article 55 Review and Annual Fair Employment Returns.
A full driving license and access to a car during working hours are necessary (any applicants with a disability will need to demonstrate how they can meet the mobility aspects of the role). You will be based in Glengormley initially, moving to north Belfast in July, with some flexibility in working hours.
