Zusammenfassung

Morgan Ryder is partnering with a well-established international manufacturing company to appoint a Senior HR Advisor for their Blackpool site. This is a number 2 role within the HR team, blending operational delivery with strategic input and acting as the lead in the HR Manager’s absence.

You will work closely with site leaders to provide expert ER support, ensure policy compliance, and drive people initiatives that support change and engagement across the organisation.

Qualifikationen

• Lead/Senior HR Advisor experience (min 3 years).
• Experience handling complex ER cases from start to finish.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
• Ability to challenge, influence and support managers effectively.
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills - able to spot trends and ensure data integrity.
• Proactive, resilient and solutions-focused approach.
• CIPD Level 5 or above.

Aufgaben

• Act as the go-to HR lead in the absence of the HR Manager.
• Provide expert advice and guidance across the full employee lifecycle.
• Manage and support complex employee relations cases (disciplinary, grievance, absence, capability).
• Partner closely with managers to ensure best practice, compliance and effective decision-making.
• Support organisational initiatives including engagement, development and change projects.
• Ensure consistent application of policies, procedures and employment law.
