Job summary

Morgan Ryder is partnering with a well-established international manufacturing company to appoint a Senior HR Advisor for their Blackpool site. This is a number 2 role within the HR team, blending operational delivery with strategic input and acting as the lead in the HR Manager’s absence.

You will work closely with site leaders to provide expert ER support, ensure policy compliance, and drive people initiatives that support change and engagement across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Lead/Senior HR Advisor experience (min 3 years).
• Experience handling complex ER cases from start to finish.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
• Ability to challenge, influence and support managers effectively.
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills - able to spot trends and ensure data integrity.
• Proactive, resilient and solutions-focused approach.
• CIPD Level 5 or above.

Responsibilities

About the role

We are partnering with a well-established, international manufacturing company with a strong UK presence, currently seeking a high-calibre HR Advisor to join their Blackpool site. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a number 2 position in the HR team, working closely with an experienced HR Manager and acting as a key lead when they are off-site. This is a true generalist HR position with a strong operational and strategic blend.
