Job summary

Career Choices Dewis Gyrfa Ltd in Swansea is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join a values-driven organisation. This varied generalist role has a strong employee relations focus and supports managers across a diverse workforce to deliver high-quality people services.

You will handle employee relations cases, provide practical HR advice, support policy implementation, assist with recruitment and onboarding, and contribute to reports and continuous improvement initiatives across the full HR

Qualifications

• Previous experience in an HR Advisor or Senior HR Officer role.
• Strong employee relations and absence management experience.
• Sound knowledge of employment law and HR best practice.
• CIPD qualified or working towards qualification.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
