Job summary

Focus Resourcing Limited is recruiting an autonomous HR Advisor (or Senior HR Advisor) for an immediate role. The position requires hands-on ER casework and a strong ability to hit the ground running in a fast-paced environment.

Due to the rural office location, a valid driving license and own transport are strictly required. This is not a hybrid role and involves daily collaboration with a dedicated team.

Qualifications

• ER casework experience managing disciplinaries, grievances, attendance, and performance.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law.
• CIPD Level 5 required as a minimum.
• Ability to deliver high-level HR advice to line managers.

• ER casework management from inception to resolution (disciplinaries, grievances, attendance, and performance).
• Provide high-level HR advice to line managers under UK employment law.
