Job summary

Focus Resourcing Limited is seeking an autonomous HR Advisor/Senior HR Advisor for an immediate temporary assignment, with potential permanent progression for the Senior level. You will own casework daily, work in a fast-paced environment, and support line managers with high-level HR guidance in line with UK employment law.

This role requires a valid driving license and own transport, and is not a hybrid or purely administrative position.

Qualifications

• ER casework experience essential
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law
• Driving licence and own transport required
• Not an administrative HR position; hands-on role

Responsibilities

• ER casework management from intake to resolution
• Hit the ground running and alleviate existing casework pressure
• Provide high-level HR guidance to line managers in line with UK law
