Job summary

Focus Resourcing Limited is seeking a highly capable Senior HR Advisor for a rural, on-site role. The successful candidate must have a driving licence and own transport, as there is no hybrid arrangement.

You will work hands-on with a supportive team, handling employee relations matters daily. You will lead ER casework end-to-end, support senior leadership with ER strategy, and analyse sickness and formal cases to inform decisions.

Qualifications

• CIPD Level 5 required as an absolute minimum.
• Extensive, demonstrable experience leading ER casework independently.
• Experience working independently at a Senior HR Advisor level with focus on employee relations.
• Clean Criminal Record: Must have no criminal convictions.
• DBS check: Enhanced DBS check required; if not current, a risk assessment will be carried out during DBS processing.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior ER support and manage cases from inception to resolution.
• Support the Head of Service and Director of People with ER strategy objectives.
• Produce and analyse ER data including sickness and formal case work.
