Job summary

Precept Recruit is seeking a Senior HR Advisor for an interim (3-6 months) or permanent role based in Hucknall. The role focuses on providing hands-on HR support during significant organisational change, handling complex employee relations and advising managers across the full employee lifecycle.

Ideal candidates will have strong HR generalist experience at senior level, with a proven ability to navigate change, support consultations and drive practical HR solutions in a busy manufacturing

Qualifications

• Strong HR generalist experience at senior advisor level.
• Experience handling complex employee relations cases.
• Experience supporting organisational change and consultations.
• Experience in manufacturing/operational environments.
• Ability to coach managers and balance strategic with hands-on delivery.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex employee relations cases including disciplinary, grievance, absence and performance matters.
• Support organisational change initiatives and consultations.
• Advise and coach managers through challenging people situations.
• Cover the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to exit.
• Prepare employment documentation and maintain HR records.
• Partner with operational leaders to provide practical HR support and drive action.
