Job summary

Qualifications

• HR generalist with strong employee relations experience.
• Experience in manufacturing or distribution is preferred.
• Commercially minded with ability to influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Review and improve HR policies and service delivery.
• Coach and influence managers toward a proactive, commercial HR approach.
• Provide hands-on employee relations support across disciplinary, grievance, absence and performance matters.
• Support workforce planning and changes to working arrangements, including annualised hours.
• Oversee employee lifecycle administration and payroll-related activity.
