Qualifications

• Experience managing employee relations from start to finish.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
• Proven generalist HR Advisor or HRBP experience.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Proficient with HR systems and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with managers, providing expert HR advice and support across the full employee lifecycle.
• Act as the first point of contact for your designated business areas, delivering a proactive HR service.
• Manage employee relations cases, including disciplinary, grievance, capability, absence and performance matters.
• Support managers in applying HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with employment legislation and best practice.
• Analyse and report on HR data, providing insights to support business decision-making.
• Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, including conducting exit interviews where required.
