Working closely with the HR Manager, you will be responsible for advising on employee relations, supporting recruitment and onboarding, ensuring GDPR compliance, and driving employee engagement initiatives.
Senior HR Advisor

As part of a high-performing HR team, you ll play a key role in providing strategic and operational HR support across the site. Working closely with the HR Manager, you will be responsible for advising on employee relations, supporting recruitment and onboarding, ensuring GDPR compliance, and driving employee engagement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:Act as a trusted advisor on all aspects of employee relations
Support grievance and disciplinary procedures
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process and onboarding
Ensure HR processes are compliant with legislation and company policies
Coordinate training and development activities
Support apprentices and early careers programs
Generate HR KPIs and support improvement initiatives
Stand in for the HR Manager as needed
Previous experience in a similar HR Advisor role
Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practice
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
High attention to detail with strong organisational skills
CIPD Level 5 (Level 7 desirable)
Manufacturing experience is an advantage
