An exciting fixed term contract opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior HR Advisor to support a key project. This role requires strong ER experience and candidates who can provide hands-on support, ensuring high levels of employee engagement while handling ER matters with compassion and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide onsite support every day , acting as the first point of contact for all HR matters
• Drive employee engagement , ensuring clear communication and a positive working environment
• Handle complex ER cases with care, ensuring fair and consistent resolutions
• Work closely with managers, providing coaching and guidance on best practices
• Promote a culture of fairness, respect, and inclusivity within the workplace

Key Skills & Experience:
