Are you an experienced HR professional looking for a varied and impactful role in a collaborative and fast-paced environment? This is an exciting opportunity to join a forward-thinking HR team that plays a key role in driving performance, development, and culture across the business.

Areas of Responsibility:

Partner with Heads of Department to manage full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning
Support performance management, learning initiatives, and career development across all levels
Deliver expert guidance on employee relations, compliance, and wellbeing
Track, analyse and report on HR metrics including headcount and talent mapping
Champion inclusive practices and contribute to CSR and culture-building activities
Act as a trusted point of contact for managers and staff, while proactively improving HR operations

What You'll Bring:

4+ years of generalist HR experience
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities with minimal supervision
A proactive, solution-focused mindset and a collaborative approach
Confident communicator with the ability to coach and influence at all levels
