What will the role of Senior HR Advisor involve?

1. Providing HR advice and guidance to facilitate the early resolution of employee relations issues, ensuring risks are effectively managed.
2. Advising employees and managers on the interpretation and application of HR policies and procedures.
3. Supporting significant annual HR processes.
4. Conducting weekly HR induction sessions for new joiners.
5. Overseeing the coordination of various training programmes alongside HR Administrators.

Suitable Candidate for Senior HR Advisor:

• Ideally CIPD Level 7 or equivalent experience.
• A confident self-starter comfortable engaging at all levels.
• Highly organised with the ability to multitask effectively.
