About the Role

As an HR Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of a multiple dynamic and fast-paced manufacturing site. You’ll be a trusted partner to leadership and staff, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and fostering a positive, productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a strategic advisor on all HR matters, including employee relations, recruitment, training, compliance, RTW checks, contracts, and documentation.
• Champion a high-performance culture by supporting employee engagement, development, and retention initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with management to align HR strategies with business goals and operational needs.
• Support on complex employee relations matters, including disciplinary actions and grievance resolution.

About You

The ideal candidate will come from a fast paced manufacturing, logistics, FMCG or similar background, looking to take leadership in a senior role within a fast-paced business.

Key Skills/Qualifications

• Industry Experience: Background in manufacturing, logistics, or similar is highly desirable.
• Fast-Paced Environments: Proven experience in high-volume, mass-production or similar manufacturing settings.
• Employee Relations: Strong track record of managing complex employee relations cases, including disciplinary and grievance processes.
• Compliance & Best Practice: Solid understanding of UK employment law and HR best practices.
• CIPD and other qualifications highly advantageous. Can be trained and put through certifications.
