- Provide expert HR advice and support to managers and employees across the organisation.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives.
- Support recruitment processes, including job design, candidate selection, and onboarding.
- Oversee performance management procedures and provide coaching where necessary.
- Analyse HR data and metrics to inform decision-making and strategy improvements.
- Provide guidance on training and development programmes to enhance workforce capabilities
- Provide insight on OD, Workforce planning and Talent Management
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance employee engagement and retention
