Job summary

Jobtailor in Corby is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to act as the site HR lead, providing expert guidance on employment law and employee relations. You will coach managers, drive recruitment, and lead workforce planning to support operational success.

The role requires strong analytical skills and proven HR reporting experience, with CIPD qualification or progress toward it, and excellent stakeholder engagement to partner with colleagues and external partners.

Qualifications

• Previous HR Advisor or Senior HR Advisor experience within a fast-paced operational, logistics, manufacturing or warehousing environment
• Strong and up-to-date knowledge of UK employment legislation
• Proven experience managing complex employee relations cases
• CIPD qualified or working towards qualification
• Strong analytical skills and experience producing meaningful HR reporting and insight
• Excellent stakeholder management, influencing and communication skills
