Job summary

Wild Recruitment is seeking a Senior HR Advisor to support managers across a diverse organisation, providing expert guidance on employee relations, employment law, performance management, absence management, recruitment, wellbeing and HR best practice.

This is a senior, hands-on role with responsibility to lead on complex ER cases, coach managers and drive HR processes and improvements within a dynamic team.

Qualifications

• CIPD qualification or equivalent experience
• Strong HR Generalist background
• Extensive Employee Relations experience
• Up-to-date knowledge of UK Employment Law
• Experience coaching and influencing managers
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience using HR systems and reporting tools

Responsibilities

• Lead on complex employee relations cases, including disciplinary, grievance and absence management.
• Provide expert HR advice and coaching to managers.
• Support recruitment, onboarding and employee engagement activities.
• Analyse HR data and provide management reports.
• Assist with organisational change and TUPE projects.
• Develop HR processes and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Line manage and support members of the HR team.
• Deputise for the HR Manager when required.
