Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an HR Advisor to provide expert guidance on employee relations and ensure compliant handling of disciplinary, grievance, attendance and performance matters across a multi-site logistics operation. You will support recruitment and onboarding, partner with leaders on workforce planning and change initiatives, and deliver coaching on HR policies and employment law to managers.

You will also contribute to engagement, wellbeing and retention efforts and deputise for the Contract

Qualifications

• Previous HR Advisor experience within a logistics, warehousing, transport or similarly fast-paced operational environment.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment legislation, employee relations processes and best practice HR management.
• Experience supporting multi-site operations, with the ability to manage competing priorities and build effective relationships across geographically dispersed teams.
• Proficiency in HR systems, Microsoft Office applications and ideally time and attendance and payroll systems, with a strong focus on accuracy and data integrity.
• CIPD Level 5 qualified (or above).
• Excellent communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills.
• Full UK driving licence.
