• Maintaining accurate HR records and audit trails.
• Supporting HR systems and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Championing Equality, Diversity & Inclusion across the business.
• Assisting with exciting HR projects and business-wide initiatives.
• Managing a wide range of employee relations cases including: Performance and capability, Investigations and disciplinary processes, Short and long-term absence management.

What You'll Be Doing
