What you'll do as a Senior HR Advisor

Reporting to the HR Business Partner, you’ll work across a wide range of HR initiatives andprovide HR support and guidance to managers and employees at locations nationwide. You’ll also occasionally travel to other company sites in the UK (around once a month, with overnight stays) to build stronger relationships across the organisation.

You will also be:

• Acting as a trusted advisor to leaders across the UK – supporting them with both day-to-day HR queries and strategic workforce planning
• Leading on a variety of ER casework (disciplinaries, grievances, absence management) from start to finish
• Using HR data and insights to identify trends and partner with the business on effective, forward-thinking people solutions
• Supporting and driving people initiatives such as talent management, succession planning and leadership development
• Working collaboratively with the wider HR team to continuously improve processes and drive best practice

What you'll need

• Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to build credibility quickly
• Solid experience in employee relations and confidence to manage casework
• Flexibility to travel
• High level of emotional intelligence, resilience and ability to manage priorities
• HR experience developed in a regulated environment would be advantageous
