Main duties of the job
As the Senior HR Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering expert advice and guidance to managers across the organization in a coaching style. You will primarily support Home and Regional Managers with any HR/ER queries, working collaboratively with the HR Business Partners and Head of HR. You will build and maintain excellent relationships with internal and external stakeholders, delivering high standards of advice and guidance with a customer-centric approach. Occasional travel to the company's homes, with 1-2 visits per month, may be required.

We are currently seeking an HR Advisor to become part of our HR Team following company expansion, which consists of HR Business Partners, HR Advisors, HR Assistants and Immigration Assistants. You will play a crucial role in upholding our commitment to ensuring the highest standards of Care and support for our residents and colleagues across the UK.
Responsible for delivering comprehensive, expert advice and guidance to managers across the organisation in a coaching style. You will primarily be supporting Home and Regional Managers with any HR/ER queries that they have alongside the HR Business Partners and Head of HR in a proactive manner.
You will build and maintain excellent professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders whilst delivering excellent high standards of advice and guidance to Aria Care Group with a customer centric approach.
You will ideally be qualified to CIPD 5 and have experience of working in a fast paced, multisite, high volume HR support position. This role offers the exciting opportunity to travel the country visiting and supporting our homes, staying away from home will occasionally be required with visits to homes 1-2 times per month.
