Job summary

FindCore are assisting a leading company to recruit a Senior HR Advisor in Birmingham. This permanent, full-time role is Monday–Friday 9.00am–5.00pm, with one day per week at home. Salary £40,000 - £52,000 depending on experience plus great benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience as an HR Manager or HR Advisor or Similar.
• CIPD Level 3 or above.
• Strong employee relations and employment law knowledge.
• Experience managing disciplinary, grievance and performance processes.
• Confident advising and influencing managers.
• Strong communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.
• Experience within a fast-paced or growing business would be advantageous.
