Job summary

Premium Car OK is seeking a qualified Surveyor to join its Senior Housing valuation team. You will provide expert valuation and consultancy for senior living developments, building relationships with funders and operators across the sector.

The role requires MRICS or FRICS status and a RICS Registered Valuer, with strong report writing and a proactive approach to business development. Travel and driving licence are required as you engage with clients and sites.

Qualifications

• MRICS or FRICS qualified and a RICS Registered Valuer.
• Experience in the senior housing sector desirable, but a passion to learn and grow is essential.
• Strong understanding of investment and development valuations, ideally within Living Sectors or Operational Real Estate.
• A confident communicator with top-notch report writing and attention to detail.
• A driven, organised individual with a flair for business development and relationship building.

Responsibilities

• Undertake commercial valuation instructions accurately, efficiently, and in line with RICS standards.
• Prepare clear, well-structured valuation reports with limited supervision.
• Ensure valuations are supported by robust market evidence, research, and analysis.
• Maintain orderly and accurate file records, including digital records, per procedures.
• Fully understand and utilise valuation software and internal systems.
