Job summary

Premium Car OK is seeking a Surveyor - Valuations to join the London valuation team. The role involves delivering valuations and advisory work for loan security, with hybrid working in the West End.

You will write valuation reports, conduct property inspections, and collaborate with senior valuers to ensure high-quality output. You should have MRICS or equivalent, strong Excel and Argus skills, and the ability to work autonomously as well as in a team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Real Estate, Surveying, or a related field.
• MRICS qualification or equivalent, with relevant experience.
• Knowledge of valuation methodologies and reporting processes.
• Proficiency with Argus Enterprise/Developer and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Conduct valuation and advisory work for loan security purposes.
