What will it take to be successful?

The successful candidate will be RICS qualified, technically strong, and capable of managing valuation instructions independently while contributing to market research, client relationships, and the ongoing development of the valuation service line.

Responsibilities

Valuation & Technical Delivery

Client Interaction

The role will have a particular focus on providing valuations for loan security purposes to all major banks. • Work within the existing valuation team in London, providing valuations for loan security (vacant possession and investment), internal decision-making purposes, tax and financial reporting purposes.
