Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver valuation and consultancy advice for senior housing developments.
• Produce high-quality reports for lending, acquisition and accounts.
• Advise on operational efficiencies, service charges, and pricing.
• Manage relationships with funders and operators.
• Build client networks and drive new business.
