The Housing Network (THN) in Leicester is seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead a team delivering high-quality support to vulnerable individuals facing homelessness. You will drive performance, safeguarding, and service quality across the housing service, while managing tenant welfare and rents in a compliant manner.

Qualifications

Experience leading a high-quality team delivering support to vulnerable people.
Strong line management skills including performance review and development.
Experience in housing or homelessness services is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Lead and support a team of support workers to deliver high quality sessions for individuals facing homelessness.
Manage performance through 1:1s, objectives and appraisals, providing support to overcome challenges.
Ensure safeguarding, rent management and welfare queries are handled with appropriate procedures.
Monitor contract performance and keep stakeholders informed, escalating issues promptly.
Ensure service and property compliance, including health and safety, across the service area.
