Job summary

Sellick Partnership is supporting a Housing Association to recruit a Senior Performance Analyst on a 12-month fixed-term basis. The role focuses on leading data and information provision to support stock management and service contracts, with a strong emphasis on reporting, quality data, and business insight.

You will work alongside property compliance teams to ensure robust data quality and timely insights for senior management, while contributing to budgetary planning and the asset management

Qualifications

  • Experience designing and developing business management processes.
  • Experience in Housing Associations or wider public sector organisations would be ideal.
  • Experience collating complex sources of data, managing, monitoring and reporting of information.
  • Financial management and budgetary control techniques.
  • Knowledge and understanding of software and data packages.
  • Experience of developing, managing and monitoring project delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Lead on data and information support services for the Stock Investment Programme and Service Contracts to ensure stock is compliant and maintained to Housing 21's high standards.
  • Ensure effective monitoring and reporting systems are in place to provide accurate information about department activities.
  • Analyse, research, and write reports for senior managers relating to financial data, performance or strategy.
  • Collaborate with Surveying and Contract management teams to collate property/project data with robust quality.
  • Perform quantitative data analyses and interpret results for the business.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, customer satisfaction and costs.
  • Work with others to ensure critical services are operational and identify issues for improvement.
  • Assist in preparing budgets and financial frameworks.
  • Develop and implement the Asset Management stock database.

Senior Performance Analyst

Salary: £44,000 - £45,000 per annum

Location: Birmingham - remote role, with on-site presence required for induction and ad-hoc meetings

Contract: 12 months fixed term

Overview of the Senior Performance Analyst role

Sellick Partnership is pleased to be supporting a Housing Association in their search for a Senior Performance Analyst, to cover maternity leave for 12 months.

Our client is looking for an analytical Senior Performance Analyst who thrives on exploring data, spotting trends, identifying opportunities, and uncovering insights behind the numbers. You'll have a keen eye for detail, a commitment to data quality and the confidence to turn data into clear reports and dashboards that support better decision making.

Working closely with colleagues in the property compliance team, you'll lead on performance reporting and help ensure data is robust and of the highest quality.

Key responsibilities of the Senior Performance Analyst:

  • Play a lead role in appraising, managing/developing and improving the data and information support services, particularly around the Stock Investment Programme and Service Contracts to help to ensure the stock is compliant and maintained to Housing 21's high standards.
  • Ensure effective monitoring and reporting systems are in place to provide accurate and timely information about the department's activities.
  • Analyse, research, compile information and write reports for senior managers relating to financial data, performance, Best Value or strategy.
  • Working with the Surveying and Contract management teams to collate and interrogate property and/or project related data, ensuring robust quality, integrity, accuracy and completeness.
  • Perform quantitative data analyses and interpret the results for the business.
  • Seek opportunities to take initiative, improve processes, customer satisfaction and costs.
  • Work with others to ensure all critical services are operational, identifying any issues that require improvement or further information.
  • Work closely with others in preparing budgets and financial frameworks.
  • Ensure the continuous development and implementation of the Asset Management stock database.

Required experience/qualifications of the Senior Performance Analyst:

  • Experience of designing and developing business management processes to ensure the robust scrutiny and reporting of performance
  • Experience within Housing Associations or wider public sector organisations would be ideal
  • Experience of collating complex sources of data, managing, monitoring and reporting of information
