Job summary

PPHE Hotel Group, Park Plaza County Hall London, is seeking a Senior Housekeeper to lead housekeeping operations and uphold the highest cleanliness standards across the hotel. You will be a hands-on, visible leader who motivates staff and drives guest satisfaction.

Reporting to the Executive Housekeeper, you will champion a guest-focused culture while collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth, efficient hotel operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in housekeeping and hospitality operations.
• Strong leadership and team-motivating abilities.
• Excellent attention to cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Perform Assistant Head of Department duties for Housekeeping, ensuring we meet guests’ expectations and our high standards for cleanliness.
• Have a strong housekeeping background and report to the Executive Housekeeper.
• Be a hands-on and visible leader to the team, motivating them with your passion for hospitality and desire to do things better.
• Build a guest-focused culture within Housekeeping where every member of the team should feel they can make a contribution to guest satisfaction.
• Work closely with leaders in other departments to keep operations running smoothly in line with our commercial goals.
• Play a direct role in the overall management of the Hotel.
