Job summary

Park Plaza, part of PPHE Hotel Group, is seeking a Housekeeping Porter to support our housekeeping team in maintaining high standards of cleanliness across guest rooms and public areas. You will receive training and the chance to develop in a hospitality-focused environment.

The ideal candidate for the Housekeeping Porter role will:

• Be responsible for doing guests requests in an efficient and courteous manner.
• Be maintaining stock controls in the pantries.
• Be replenishing supplies, including linen and cleaning material to the outlined stock levels on the floors.
• Have the ability to work and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Listen to the needs of guests and other team members and adapt to meet them.
• Have a courteous and professional attitude with guests and team members.
