Job summary

Park Plaza Westminster Bridge London is seeking a Room Attendant to maintain exceptional cleanliness and presentation in guest rooms. Training and support will be provided to help you grow within the hotel brand.

You will replenish supplies, respond to guest requests, and collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth guest experience. A strong eye for detail and reliable work ethic are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience.
• Strong attention to detail and high cleanliness standards.
• Organised and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive, guest-focused approach and confident communication with guests and colleagues.
• Full Right to Work in the UK is required.

Key Responsibilities as our Room Attendant:

• Clean and service guest rooms to the highest standards, ensuring they are ready on time and meet brand expectations.
• Replenish linen, towels and guest amenities while maintaining a clean, organised and well-stocked housekeeping trolley.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and work closely with other departments to deliver excellent service.
• Report maintenance issues, lost property and safety concerns in line with hotel procedures.
• Handle guests' belongings with care and professionalism while following all housekeeping standards and procedures.
• Use cleaning equipment and chemicals safely while maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene and presentation.

About You:

• We are looking for aRoom Attendantwho takes pride in creating exceptional guest experiences and will:
• Have previous housekeeping or cleaning experience, ideally within a hotel environment, although full training will be provided.
• Have strong attention to detail and take pride in maintaining high cleanliness standards.
• Be organised and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Have a positive, guest-focused approach and communicate confidently with guests and colleagues.
• Be reliable, flexible and committed to delivering excellent service while sharing our values of Trust, Respect, Teamwork, Enthusiasm, Commitment and Care.
