Job summary

Goldenkeys is seeking an Assistant Head Housekeeper to join one of London’s premier luxury boutique hotels. You will lead a housekeeping team, train staff, and work closely with the Head Housekeeper to maintain exceptional standards of cleanliness and guest service.

The role offers a 40-hour week over five days with a base salary of £33,000 plus a £10,000 service charge, plus enhanced benefits and room-for-growth in a prestigious setting.

Responsibilities

• Providing high-quality training and development for the team
• Working alongside the Head Housekeeper and 2 other Assistant Head Housekeepers to ensure the smooth running of the Housekeeping Department
• Checking the status of all rooms to ensure consistent high-quality cleaning
• Greeting all guests in a warm and welcoming manner and treating all team members professionally
• Overseeing all special requests from guests
• Managing the rota and the team in the absence of the Head Housekeeper
