Job summary

Park Plaza in London is seeking a friendly Housekeeping Porter to support guest rooms and public areas. You will deliver courteous service, maintain high cleanliness standards, and receive comprehensive training and ongoing support to help you succeed.

The role pays £13.06 per hour with 30 days of holiday per year, plus bank holidays. Staff discounts across hotel services, meal benefits, and access to wellness and pension schemes are available. Rota transparency and teamwork are encouraged.

The Ideal Candidate For The Housekeeping Porter Role Will

• Be responsible for doing guests requests in an efficient and courteous manner.
• Be maintaining stock controls in the pantries.
• Be replenishing supplies, including linen and cleaning material to the outlined stock levels on the floors.
• Have the ability to work and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Listen to the needs of guests and other team members and adapt to meet them.
• Have a courteous and professional attitude with guests and team members.
