Job summary

Village Hotels is seeking a Senior Project Manager to drive major hotel developments and conversions from inception to handover. You will own the lifecycle, lead multidisciplinary teams, and protect the budget while aligning with the Village brand.

The role focuses on commercial risk management, complex stakeholder alignment, and delivering projects on time and to spec across a growing portfolio of properties.

Qualifications

• Proven track record delivering major property developments, conversions, or hospitality builds.
• Experience from pre-acquisition to handover.
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage complex budgets.

Responsibilities

• Own the lifecycle of hotel developments and conversions from inception to handover.
• Protect and manage the budget while monitoring expenditure and cost reports.
• Lead procurement strategies, tender processes, and contract administration.
• Coordinate design development across RIBA stages and align with internal and external stakeholders.
