Job summary

SolvTalent, a leading UK hospitality operator, seeks a highly commercial Senior Project Manager to own major developments, acquisitions and hotel conversion projects from feasibility to handover.

You will lead complex programmes, manage multi-disciplinary teams, protect budgets and deliver high-quality assets across a growing national estate. This role offers influence across senior stakeholders, procurement, and contractor selection, with genuine ownership rather than partial responsibility.

Qualifications

• Strong track record delivering major property developments, conversions or hospitality-led construction projects.
• Commercial judgement and leadership to manage complex programmes.
• Ownership from pre-acquisition through to completion.

Responsibilities

• Lead significant new developments and conversion projects
• Take ownership from pre-acquisition and feasibility through to completion
• Define project scope, delivery strategies, programmes and critical paths
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across every stage of development
• Protect project budgets and identify value-engineering opportunities
• Lead procurement, tendering and contractor selection
• Manage construction contracts, variations, claims and project risks
• Influence senior stakeholders and provide commercially focused advice
• Build strong relationships with consultants, contractors and local authorities
• Deliver high-quality projects that leave a lasting impact on a growing national estate
