Job summary

Village Hotel is seeking a highly commercial Senior Project Manager to lead major hotel developments, conversions, and pre-acquisition to handover. You will own scope, schedules, and critical paths, while protecting budgets and coordinating with internal QS and external architects, contractors, and authorities.

A true owner-driver role with full accountability. You will drive procurement, contracts, and value engineering without compromising brand standards, delivering on time and to budget

Qualifications

• Experience leading large-scale hotel developments or conversions.
• Strong budget discipline and value-engineering mindset.
• Proven ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams and complex schedules.

Responsibilities

• Own the lifecycle of major hotel developments from inception to handover.
• Protect and manage project budgets, timelines, and critical paths.
• Lead tendering, procurement, and contract administration with internal teams and external partners.
• Coordinate design across RIBA stages and align stakeholders for seamless delivery.
