Job summary
Village Hotels - Central Team is seeking a Merger & Acquisitions Technical Services Manager to bridge commercial investment with the physical reality of assets. You will lead due diligence on prospective hotel acquisitions and development plans, assessing conditions, constraints, and capex risks to ensure robust, deliverable investments aligned with the Village brand.

- Proven experience leading technical evaluations for hospitality or commercial assets.
- Strong communication and influencing skills with senior stakeholders.
- Ability to translate technical findings into commercial impact.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical assessments of hotels and development sites, including MEP, structural, fire and environmental compliance.
- Quantify financial impact of technical findings for underwriting, capex, and negotiations.
- Direct technical input post-acquisition, coordinating architects, designers, and consultants.
- Develop robust Technical Services Agreements (TSAs) and scope external Consultants Framework Agreements (CFAs).
