Qualifications

• Experience in hotel management, operations, food and beverage or similar senior hospitality position.
• Commercially aware, well organised and confident making decisions.
• Ability to lead across a broad operation and improve standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the smooth running of the property across all operational areas.
• Lead, support and motivate departmental managers and supervisors.
• Monitor service standards and guest satisfaction.
• Take responsibility for staffing, rotas and operational planning.
• Oversee reservations, occupancy and the guest journey.
• Coordinate weddings, functions and other events.
• Identify opportunities to improve standards, efficiency and profitability.
• Recruit, train and develop members of the team.
• Deal confidently with guest feedback and resolve issues where required.
