Job summary

Dine Contract Catering is seeking an Area Support Manager to drive culinary excellence across North Wales and the North West. You will lead and coach Unit Managers, Chef Managers and site teams to deliver exceptional food and guest experiences.

The role requires multi-site operations expertise, a strong culinary background and travel across the region, with on-call weekends as needed. A UK driving licence is essential and a passion for hospitality is a must.

Qualifications

• Strong culinary background within contract catering or foodservice
• Experience leading multi-site teams and driving standards
• Proven ability to coach, develop and influence managers and teams
• Good knowledge of food safety, compliance and best practice

Responsibilities

• Champion Dine's food vision, standards and customer experience across multiple sites
• Support menu implementation, concepts, promotions and seasonal initiatives
• Coach Catering Managers, Chef Managers and teams to raise capability and confidence
• Provide hands-on support to achieve excellence in food quality, presentation and service
• Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and commercial performance
• Conduct site reviews to ensure consistency and operational excellence
• Share best practice regionally and drive continuous improvement
• Support mobilisations and new contract launches
• Act as ambassador for food innovation and hospitality across Dine
