Job summary

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of welfare benefits and budgeting for households in difficulty.
• Experience handling rent arrears and income maximisation strategies.
• Proven track record in multi-agency collaboration to prevent homelessness.
• Supervisory experience with frontline staff or junior officers.
• Excellent customer care and communication skills.
