Job summary

Florin Healthcare is seeking an experienced Home Manager in Denbighshire to lead an established care service for adults with complex needs, including neurological conditions. You will drive high-quality, person-centred care and oversee governance, safeguarding and quality assurance, while managing a capable team and engagement with residents and families.

Qualifications

• Must be RMN/RGN qualified with an active PIN.
• Strong understanding of safeguarding and regulatory requirements.
• Proven leadership in complex care environments and governance.

Responsibilities

• Take overall responsibility for operational leadership of the home.
• Lead and develop the care team to maintain high-quality, person-centred care.
