Job summary
Search Consultancy LTD is recruiting a Home Manager to lead an established nursing and residential care service in Derby. You will oversee day-to-day operations, drive quality care and build a strong team culture with visible leadership.
You should be a qualified nurse (RGN/RMN) with senior management experience in a CQC-regulated environment, able to manage performance, governance, safeguarding and occupancy while delivering person-centred care and a positive resident experience.
Qualifications
- Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) with leadership experience.
- Experience in nursing or residential elderly care.
- Strong knowledge of CQC, governance, safeguarding and quality standards.
- Proven ability to lead teams and address performance issues.
- Able to communicate effectively at all levels.
Responsibilities
- Take overall responsibility for day-to-day management and performance.
- Provide visible leadership to the staff team.
- Lead, motivate and develop colleagues to deliver high standards of care.
- Manage staffing levels, rotas and resources.
- Ensure compliance with CQC requirements and legislation.
- Maintain governance, audits, policies and QA processes.
