Job summary

Florin Healthcare is seeking an experienced Home Manager in Denbighshire to lead an established care service for adults with complex needs, including neurological conditions. Overview

Florin Healthcare are excited to be working with an establish care provider who are looking to appoint an experienced Home Manager

The home is a specialist nursing service supporting adults with complex care needs, including people living with neurological conditions and physical disabilities. The service also provides nursing, dementia and respite care.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Home Manager who is passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care and who wants to make a genuine difference to the lives of residents and the wider team.

The successful candidate will take overall responsibility for the operational leadership of the home, working closely with residents, families, staff and external professionals to ensure the highest possible standards of care are maintained.

The Candidate

The ideal Home Manager will be an experienced care leader with a strong background in nursing, complex care, rehabilitation or a similar specialist care environment.

You will need to be a confident and visible leader who can inspire and develop a team, while maintaining a strong focus on quality, compliance and resident outcomes.

You should have a strong understanding of regulatory requirements, safeguarding, governance, care planning and quality assurance, alongside the ability to manage the operational and commercial aspects of a care service.

We are looking for someone who can lead from the front, build strong relationships with residents and their families and create a positive culture across the home.
