Real Life Options seeks a Registered Service Manager to lead Montana Home Care in Falkirk, ensuring high-quality, person-centred support and regulatory compliance.

The role requires SSSC registration, leadership experience in care at home, and a commitment to staff development. You will oversee daily operations, audits, and build strong community relationships, with a clear path for service growth.

Qualifications

• SSSC registration or eligible for registration.
• SVQ Level 4 in Care and Management.
• Minimum 2 years' management or supervisory experience within a Care at Home setting.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
• Experience in quality assurance, staff supervision, and person-centred care.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day management of the service.
• Ensure compliance with Care Inspectorate, SSSC, and statutory requirements.
• Lead, support, and develop care and office staff.
• Monitor service quality through audits, reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Build positive relationships with service users, families, local authorities, and other stakeholders.
• Support business growth and service development opportunities.
