Qualifications

• Hold or be working towards NVQ Level 4 (RMA) or QCF Level 5 in Social Care.
• In-depth understanding of CIW assessment criteria and regulatory requirements.
• Previous management experience within a domiciliary care setting.
• Experience of leading high-performing teams.
• Commercial awareness and growth mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide inspirational leadership to the office and care teams to deliver outstanding care.
• Own the safe, compliant operation of the service with adherence to CIW and quality standards.
• Lead the service to achieve excellent inspection outcomes through continuous improvement.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding and retention of high-quality Carers.
• Manage care delivery scheduling to ensure safe, person-centred support.
• Drive quality governance activities and use feedback to improve service delivery.
• Support sustainable growth by balancing commercial performance with quality outcomes.
• Participate in on-call rota and provide out-of-hours support as needed.
