AQS Homecare is seeking an experienced and compassionate Senior Carer to join our dedicated domiciliary care team in Bournemouth.

About the Role:

As a Senior Carer, you will play a key role in delivering person-centred care to individuals within their own homes, promoting independence, dignity, and wellbeing. Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality, person-centred care in clients' homes
  • Administer medication in accordance with company policies and procedures
  • Support, mentor, and supervise care assistants
  • Assist with care assessments and care plan reviews
  • Liaise effectively with families, healthcare professionals, and external agencies
  • Participate in on-call duties where required
  • Ensure compliance with CQC standards and company policies
Requirements:
  • NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or working towards)
  • Previous experience within domiciliary care
  • Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle (essential)
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
