Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care or working towards it.
• Experience in domiciliary care setting.
• Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver person-centred care in clients' homes.
• Administer medication per policy.
• Mentor and supervise care assistants.
• Assist with care assessments and care plan reviews.
• Coordinate with families and healthcare professionals.
• Participate in on-call duties as required.
• Ensure compliance with CQC standards.
